Go to "Tenant Management" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation

Search a Tenant and click on the "Arrow" icon

Click on the "Pencil/Edit" icon below the tenant basic details

Click on the "Property" dropdown and search for the New Property you want to assign to the tenant

Search for the unit and select it to assign to the tenant.
