Find the Position you need to change and click to the eye icon to the far right.

Prevue Tip!

There are many ways to change who is notified when certain actions are taken within your Position and many reasons why someone might be notified. Click on to see all the ways you can change email notifications.

To add a new recipient to all of the Notification reasons, click "Add Recipients to all Notifications" and choose a user from your Login List in Prevue Hub.

To remove an existing notifier, click the X to the right of their name.

To add a new notifier, click on their name displayed within the "Select from Existing Users & Recipients" box.

Want to move all notifications from one user to another? Click "Transfer Notifications".

Indicate who you are transferring notifications from and who you are transferring notifications to.

Didn't find a certain user to select from? Ensure that they are either a Log In User or a Recipient and that they have completed their Prevue Hub registration.
