Log in to Mi Property Admin Portal
Go to **"Property Management"** dropdown on the Left Navigation under "Administration'

Click on "**Owners**"

Click on "**View Details**" icon under "Action" menu of the chosen Owner

Click on "**Advance Payment Summary**" under "Owner Prepayment/Advance Payment"

Click on "**RESET GRID**"
