How to Check the Status of Payments

This guide shows where to go and what to look for to confirm whether payments and bill-pay items have processed. It explains how to view real-time status indicators, filter results, expand months to see paid bills, and open individual payment details. Follow it to quickly verify payment outcomes and avoid trying to edit already-processed bill-pay transactions.

How to Navigate to Payments

From the navigation menu, select **Accounting > Banking > Make Payment**.

How to Check Payment Status

The payment status appears under the **status** column. The status updates automatically.

You can filter the **status** column by selecting the **filter** icon.

Navigate to **Bill Pay** via the **Banking** tab or the **Navigation menu.**

You can expand the chosen month to see all the bills you paid. Select the **green +** sign to expand > Statuses are updated in real time.

Select **See Payment** to view the payment details. **NOTE: Once a payment is processed through bill pay, it can't be edited.**
