**Note:** Clearing the browser cache will remove temporary data, such as web page images, scripts, and files, from your browser.

First, log out of your account, by clicking on your account name.

Be sure you're redirected to the login screen before proceeding to the next step.

 Click on the three stripes in the top-right corner and select “Preferences” or “Settings,”. This will be dependent on the version of Firefox that you’re using.

A new window will open with your browser settings. Navigate to Privacy & Security on the left-hand menu.

 Scroll the page down to find Cookies and Site Data, then, select 'Clear Data...'

A new pop-up window will appear. Ensure that Cookies and Site Data, and Cache Web Content have been selected, then click, Clear.

Close and re-open your web browser, and then log back into your account.
