    **Property managers need to make sure they can trust the prospective tenants to rent their units and one way to do that is to collect and let your prospect submit the name and contact details of their Guarantor. Asking for their Guarantor can also help property managers to decide whether to allow a prospective tenant to rent their property.** **Follow the steps below to collect more information about a Guarantor:**
    Log into the Admin Portal
    Click on "**Prospective Tenants**" under "Sales & Marketing" on the left navigation
    It will redirect to the **"Prospect / List**" page
    Search a tenant and click on the "**New Prospect**" under **Status** column
    Scroll on the left side under User Profile Basic Information to get to "**Guarantor Info"**
    Click on the **"+" icon** beside **"Guarantor Info"**
    Fill in the empty fields with accurate information
    Click on "Submit"
    Go Back to **Guarantor Info and click on "Send Application"**
    Fill out all the information and check if everything is put correctly
    Click on "**Choose Files**" to attach Document from the device
    Tick the "**Send me a copy of the email**" box to get the same email as a copy
    Click on **"Send Email"**
