If you have been supplied a QR Code sticker, scan the code to take you to the Worker BMIS Login Page

Alternatively, navigate to <https://bmis.nz/>

Enter the username and password provided, and Click "Login"

Tip! If you have been assigned a custom QR code for portal access, you will have already skipped the previous steps.

Enter your details in form form provided. In some cases your details will already be filled in, and in this case, please confirm your details. If you have given access to more than one module, they will be listed. Select which modules you wish to review, and click 'Start'.

Review the terms and conditions, check the box and click on "Agree" to move on with the hazard review.

The first frame shown is a typical Hazard Board. Review hazards in table, and click on "Next".

Tip! The Hazard Board shown below is an optional feature, so may not be shown to all users.

You can add new hazards to this board by Clicking on the "+" button above the hazard board, this will alert the building manager of the hazard information you have submitted.

The next page contains a summary the ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) present in the building. Navigate each floor by clicking on the tabs.

Click on a row in the table to highlight the item (turns blue) in the table and on the floor plan. Click on the Photo Icon to view an image of the item.

If you wish to view a full copy of the latest AMP, Click "Download a copy of the latest Asbestos Management Report".

Once you have reviewed the area you plan to be working in, Click "NEXT" at the bottom of the page.

Next, follow the decision Flowchart to determine whether it's safe to proceed with your planned work.

Regardless of the outcome of the decision flowchart, Click "NEXT".

Alert! If the decision flowchart results in a red warning box, please follow instructions given.

Tip! Click on the contact card icon next to each contact to save the contact details.

Click "Tick this box to acknowledge you have completed hazard review" to confirm your review, then click "Submit".

Alert! This demonstration is shown for the asbestos modules only, but the process is similar for all modules.

Once all chosen modules hazards pages have been reviewed, tick to confirm, and click 'Submit' to finish and logout.

Your review has now been logged. Click "Logout" to finish.
