How to Review the the Allowance Restriction Accounts

The Optional Accounts will display. For the Allowance Restriction Accounts, only Accounts that have been determined for Marketing purposes will display as an option.

(Allowance could only be applied to the invoices with all line items matching selected accounts)

How to Select an Account for Marketing Puposes

The Chart of Accounts will then display if an Account is selected for usage on the  Commission and/or Marketing module.

Click "Settings" to make an Account available for the Commission and/or Marketing module. 

How to Configure a New Allowance Restriction Account

Select the Account made available for Marketing Purposes from the dropdown menu. 

Moving forward, an Agent will be permitted to use their Allowances to pay an Invoice issued from a Marketing Opportunity tied to an Account configured under the Allowance Restriction Accounts section.
