Head to your Clients' case file Management

Select the client you would like to covert an electronic entry into a PDF document.

Once in the "Medical Records" area, open the entry to be converted to PDF.

Next,  scroll down to the bottom and locate the PDF icon on the right-hand side. Click on it and wait for the entry to open in PDF format. Then, click on the download button to save the PDF file onto your device. This process can be used for any entry that needs to be converted into a PDF document.
