How to Create Duplicate Users

Itsacheckmate

Navigate to the [Checkmate Porta](https://mm.itsacheckmate.com/)l and login using your credentials

Select **"Manage User Access"** from Sidebar

Click on the **"Duplicate User"** icon next to the user you wish to duplicate

Provide the following information for the new user: - First Name - Last Name - Email - Phone Number

As you add details in the existing rows, new rows will automatically appear to add additional users

The permissions of the original user are automatically copied to the new users

The duplicate users will inherit the following settings from the main user: - User Type - User Role - Permissions: - Menu - Location - Users - Partners - Insightful Analytics - Others - Email Preferences - Brands and Location Access Learn how to Edit User permissions [here](https://support.itsacheckmate.com/hc/en-us/articles/8132791104411#ManageUserAccessFunction-HowtoEditPermissions).

To **"Delete Row"**, click the trash icon beside it

After adding all required details, click **"CREATE"** to create the new user(s)

Click **"CANCEL"** if you want to discard the changes and go back to the **"Manage User Access"** page
