Navigate to the Library in the community you are an Admin for

Click "Change to admin view"

Click this button to open the folder view
4
Click the ellipses button to open the menu
5
Click "Add Subfolder"
6
Enter the name of your folder
7
Click "Add"
8
Click the checkbox next to the item or items you want to move.

Click "Move"
10
Click the name of the folder

Click "Move entries"

Now you can toggle between folders.
