Go to "Property Management" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "+New Inspection" button on the left under "Inspection/List" header

Select/Fill out all the fields under "Confirm property / Unit / Tenant"

Once redirected to "Step 2", fill in the fields under "Tenant Details" & "Owner/Landlord Details"

On "Step 3", fill in the details under "Move-in" & "Move-Out"

On "Step 4", fill in the fields under "Inspection Number" & "Title". Scroll down

Click on the "Good" dropdown and select the appropriate condition. Also add "comments" by clicking on the "Comment" box

Select and fill out the "Condition at Beginning of Tenancy" & "Condition at End of Tenancy"

The preview will appear for the Inspection Report

These Check boxes will still not be available to edit. 

Click on "+" to upload pictures from the device

The newly created Inspection will appear here
