Go to the selected trial.

Select "Patients" tab.

Access the Patient Panel by clicking the patient’s name.

Select "Visits" tab.

Open the visit by clicking on its name.

Click the three dots next to the field where you want to create a query.

Select "Add query".

From the drop-down list select the recipient

Type your message.

Click "Create"
