How to Create Recurring Service Request on MiPropertyPortal?

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Click on "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation
    Click on **"Service Request"**
    Click on **"More Action" dropdown** on the far top right
    Click on **"Recurring Service Request"**
    Click on **"New Recurring Service Request"** on the far top right
    Fill out the **empty** fields
    **On the "Status" dropdown select the appropriate option. Choose Assigned if the vendor is already in contract for the particular property, or to choose a Vendor from the list. Then, click on the "Assign To\*" dropdown and select a vendor**
    Choose either **"Assign Without Work Order"** or **"Create Work Order & Assign"**
    Click on "**Next (Set Schedule)"**
    Choose the Appropriate options from the dropdowns accordingly and click on "**Submit**"
    "**Monthly Maintenance**" has been created and will appear on the "**Recurring Service Request/List" page**
