How to Create " Time Slot "

      Navigate to "Roster" from the navigation bar
      Select "Time Slots" from the dropdown menu
      Click on "Create"
      Enter the Name of the " Time Slot " e.g Morning Shift
      Enter the Start Time
      Enter the End Time
      An overnight slot indicates if the date is changing during the shift e.g 6PM to 3 am
      The " Flexible " indicates that the employee can work any time between the start and end time
      It is flexible is checked, a field for workable hours will appear where you can define workable hours.
      Define the "Workable Hours"
      The " Late Buffer " indicates that employee can come late till duration (given in field in minutes) or the grace time period ( in minutues)
      The "Early Buffer" field signifies that employee can leave early till (given in field in minutes).
      The "Punch Buffer Start" indicates the timeframe before start of the shift based on which attendance will be calculated e.g if a shift starts at 9:00 AM and employee marks attendance at 8:45 and the attendace will be calculated by the system
      The "Punch Buffer End " indicates the timeframe after the end based on which attendace will be calculated e.g if a shift end at 05:00pm and employee marks attendance at 05:15PM and the attendace will be calculated by the system
      Short overtime indicates if an overtime is applicable after the duty hours
      " Full Overtime " indicates if the employee is working a full shift on gazetted holidays, public holidays or days off
      A Break can be created in Break section
      Click on " Create "
      Name the Break e.g Lunch Break
      Enter the " Start Time "
      Enter the " End Time "
      The " Inculsive " indicates if the break is part of the working hours or not
      Click on "Save"
      Click on "Save" to Create Time Slot
