Click the arrow for a dropdown menu of your projects.

You can also search for a project within your projects list. Once you have found it, click it.

Select your rule trigger/condition. In this example, "is newly created".

Scroll down and select your Rule action. In this example, "unassign it".

Choose whether to apply this workflow to Top-level tasks, Subtasks, or Both top-level tasks and subtasks.

Scroll down and press "Put Selected Project Under Flowsana Workflow Control".  Wait for the email that confirms the workflow is in place, and then it can be used!
