Navigate to BreezyBit Form Builder application in your Salesforce org.

Enter Form Name and Description information. 

Then, Click "+ Add Primary Object (Required)" to select the primary object

Click "+ Add Related Object (Optional)" to select a related object to use on your form

After selecting primary and related objects, Click "Save & Build"

Click "Form Builder" on the form record page

Using the drag-and-drop feature, add the fields that you want on the form

Go to the form record page for the form URL
