How to Create a New Bank Deposit with a Searchable Memo

      Navigate to Brokerage Engine.

      Create the Deposit

      Click "Accounting"
      Click the "Quick Actions" Menu Icon.
      Click "New Bank Deposit"
      Select the Account to record the deposit from the dropdown menu.
      The date of the deposit will default to today's date. It can be adjusted using the small calendar icon.
      Select the Payment Method from the dropdown menu.
      Add an optional Accounting Tag by making a selection from the dropdown menu.
      If needed, filter the entries on the Undeposited Funds account by selecting a type from the dropdown menu.
      Or simply search by the Reference Number.
      Select the entries to be batch deposited.
      Type deposit references into the Memo field to make them searchable in the Bank Register.
      Click "Save"
      Click "OK"

      Search for the Deposit

      Click the "Banking" tab.
      Click "Bank Register"
      Select the account from the dropdown menu.
      On the search field, type one of the reference items typed on the Memo.
      The deposit will then displayed.
