How to Create a New Client (one at a time)

Learn the essential steps to add a new client to your therapy dashboard. This guide walks you through inputting demographic information and saving their profile.

From the Clinical Tab, Click the Add Client button.

Starred fields are required. You can skip the others.

Test Client

If you'd like to add a "test" client that you can explore the features, then be sure to click this button; otherwise leave it unchecked for actual clients. Test clients will always show a yellow beaker beside their names (from the clinical record view).

This section is specifically for clients seen at a school setting. If you add district , school or grade, they will show up as a badge for the client and can be used to filter caseload by grade, district and site. Otherwise, you can leave it empty and add in if needed.

For any contact info, this can be added later. However, adding the name and email allows you to quickly send questionnaires and clinical records without having to re-enter the email.

Anything added here will show up as an alert icon.

Click "Save Changes"
