Add any additional email CCs if you want. Any draft POs can be sent to these recipients

Click "Select delivery destination" to choose where the stock should be delivered to

Either select an existing location, or  click "Create new destination" to add a new one

If adding a new one, just add all the details in the form

Click "Add products" to add products to the PO

Multiselect the products you want to order

Update product details and quantity, as required

Add custom fields for any other costs (Optional)

Click the "Custom field name 1" field and rename it

Add shipping details as required. You can add these later

Add an internal note for your team (Optional)

Click "Save". Your PO is now in draft and can be shared with your supplier and edited as required
