1
Login to your CRM.
2
Click the "Automation" tab.
3
Click "Create Workflow"
4
You can choose "Select a Recipe" to view a list of templates.
5
Or click "Start from Scratch" to create a brand new, blank workflow.
6
First, name your workflow.
7
Then, click here to choose a Trigger. A Trigger is the event that will start this workflow.
8
In this example, our Trigger event will be when someone completes & submits our form.
9
In order to designate a specific form, we choose "Add filters".
10
Click "Select"
11
Then select "Form is".
12
13
And we choose the Form we want to use.
14
Then we click, "Save Trigger".
15
To add a Step in a new workflow, click the plus icon to open a list of Steps.
16
For example, we can send an email by selecting "Send Email".
17
Remember to always click the blue "Save Action" button in the bottom right corner after you've added a Step in your workflow.
18
Let's add another Step.
19
We'll now send people a text message by selecting "Send SMS".
20
Here is where we would add our message.
21
Then we would click "Save Action".
22
Now let's add a Wait step.
23
A "Wait" step is added to a workflow when we want to delay Steps.
24
In this example, we want our Workflow to wait 1 minute. Then we click "Save Action"
25
To make your New Workflow live, move this toggle from "Draft" to "Publish"
26
Then click the blue "Save" button before exiting to save our progress.
27
You will get a "Saved!" notification.
28
You can test your new workflow by clicking "Test Workflow"
29
Open the "Select a contact" drop down menu.
30
And choose who you'd like to add to this workflow.
31
Then click "Run Test".
