The language you select here will also become the default language for assessments sent using this Position.

Select an "Assessment Type", as many as applies.

Select from our recommended assessment section combinations or create your own using the boxes to the right.

Click "Next".

Turn on Self-Registration, if required.

Click "Next".

Add Position or Candidate Tags, if required.

Click "Next".

Need to customize a Position after-the-fact? Easy! Positions → Details allows you to change selections at anytime.

Select from Existing Users to setup notifications for this Study.

Click "Next".

Choose the Study that corresponds with this Position.

If making an empty Position, or a Position before a Study, leave this as unselected.

You can choose not to select an existing study now but you will have to add a benchmark study to this position later to utilize it properly.

Don't see your Study listed here? It may not have the same Assessment Scope as your Position or it might not be active. Head over to the Studies Tab to double check.
