Navigate to the EZOfficeInventory Dashboard.

Enter all the required details as shown below and select the currency relevant to the vendor.

The Currency dropdown will show all the currencies you have added on the Settings page. Fill in the rest of the information and hit 'Create Vendor'.

Now lets create a Purchase Order for the Vendor we created. From the main menu go to 'Purchase Orders'

Enter the title and add the vendor (with foreign currency)

Once the PO is created, the exchange rate you set on the Settings page is visible here:

You have the option to: \
1) Update \
2) Revert to default rate ( From Settings) when changed.

Search for the required items and add them to the PO:

The added Items will be displayed as follows with the cost being shown in the foreign currency. The equivalent baseline currency can be viewed as shown below:

You can edit the quantity from here and the price will be updated accordingly:

Let's say we want to change the exchange rate.

An overlay will appear asking you to edit the exchange rate:

Update the PO with the new exchange rate. Note that this change will only be made in this specific PO. All other Vendors and PO will follow the exchange rate set up in Settings:

Once the exchange rate is updated, it will be reflected in the base currency as shown below:

When the items are confirmed along with cost, then you can Confirm Order:

You also have the option to edit the exchange rate while making payment in case required:

Once the payment is made, the payable amount will be changed to 0.00.
