Navigate to [https://app.thenextinvoice.com/dashboard](https://app.thenextinvoice.com/dashboard)

From the main dashboard, click "NEW", from the top banner.

On a new page, under Invoice details, select your desired account profile.

By default, Invoice Type will always be One-off.

Click on this filed to select Recurring invoice instead.

In the filed below, we need to specify for many times the same invoice will recur.

Counter can go to 0 which means that the invoice will not recur.

If we delete this number, tab will show the value “Infinite” which means that the invoice will be sent indefinitely, based on criteria specified below, until we state otherwise.

In the line below, we need to state the time difference between the sent invoices.

Last Day of Month

Besides the usual options like days, weeks, months or years, we also have the option of selecting "Last Day of the Month". This means that the invoice will always be sent on the last day of the upcoming month.

In order to ensure that this option will work as intended, the start date for the first invoice needs to be selected for the last day of the current month.

For example, for June, this would be the 30th.

From there, you can proceed to set up the rest of the invoice for the client.

Once you have set up everything, click on “Save” button, in the bottom right corner.

This invoice is now saved and can be accessed anytime from Archive menu

and from there, by clicking on “Recurring”

From there, this invoice can be edited or deleted anytime

by clicking on the 3 upright dots, on the far right side.
