How to Create a Service Request from the Admin Portal?

    Log into the Admin Portal
    Go to **"Tenant Management**" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation
    Click on "**Service Request**" under "Tenant Management" dropdown
    Click "**More Action" dropdown** on the far right under user email section
    Click on "**New Service Request**"
    Fill in the required fields with **accurate information**
    Choose the Approval for "**Approval Require**d" if appropriate
    Click on " **Browse**" to upload pictures/documents from the device
    Click on "**Submit**"
    After the Service Request is **created**, it will appear like this
