Type the address of your session. This field will also populate with your organisations default location

Click to mark your session as Indoors or Outdoors

Click any of the facilities and amenities available at the session venue

You can select as many or as few of these options as you would like

Clicking the "Default Contact Details" will pre populate your session contact details with 

Else the "Session contact email" field to complete this field. Please note that this email address is specific to the contact details of the session.

Once you've entered all of your contact details click "Next"

You can upload an image for your session, or add a a youtube video link. Once completed Click "Done"

Click "Select All" or any specific levels that your session applies to

Click the "Min. age" field. If your sessions doesn't have a lower age limit just enter 1

Click the "Max. age" field. If your session doesn't have an upper age limit just enter 99.

Click the "Maximum Participants" field. If you have no limit on people who can attend then you can leave this field blank.

Click "Select any appropriate restrictions:" and enter any appropriate support available at the session.

Click the "0.00" field. Here you can enter your session price. If your session is free you can leave this as £0

Sessions support multiple fee levels, such as juniors, families etc. By clicking this option you can add multiple fee levels to a single session.

Click the "i.e. Juniors" field. to edit and enter more information on the additional fee level

You can have multiple fee levels for a single session. Click "Add another  
fee level"

Click the "i.e. Juniors" field and enter your third pricing level

You can also mark the first session as free as an introductory offer

To set the start date of your session click here.

Click on the date your session is taking place

To set the start time click the "hh:mm" field. This field requires your start time to be entered in 24hours format ex. 5pm = 17:00 

Click the duration field and enter the length of your session "hh:mm"

If your session takes place more than once click here.

To add additional instances of your session click "Add repeating session"

Click this dropdown to set if your session repeats Daily (Every Day), Weekly (with options to select which days of the week the session repeats), Monthly (with options to set when in the month the session will repeat)

When setting a session to repeat weekly you can click the days of the week the session will repeat on Click "M" for Monday.

If you select monthly, click this text field to enter on which day of the month you wish this event to happen. Such as the 1st of every month.

If your session happens every few months you can enter the interval here. Monthly would be 1, every 2 months 2 etc.

If you have a specific number of sessions happening you can click here to enter the number of sessions to happen.

Please note this is total number of sessions not repetitions. For example if you have 10 sessions happening enter 10.

To set a specific end date instead of a number of sessions, click here. You can run events for a maximum of 12 months before you will need to login and update your session end dates.

Click this button to skip to the next year and set your session to finish next year.

Click the date appropriate for your session and the dates it will happen until

Click "Next" once you have reviewed all your event details

Click "Continue" to return to your dashboard and session list.
