Select the "Job Supervision" custom job that we created earlier.
Click "Next".

Setup the Job with the desired infomation.

Click "2.1 - Civil Engineering - Gold Coast"

Click "Browse" to upload the word document template that we downloaded earlier.

Fill in the remaining required information.

If you would like a revisit reminder to be sent, enable the "Do you need to revisit the site?" toggle.

Set the status to "Completed" when finished.

Open your previously completed "Site Supervision" job.

Click the "DOWNLOAD" button and choose the desired file format.

Click on the filename to download the file to your computer.
