How to Create a Tenant Invoice from Tenant Management? (Tenant Details Page)

Tip- There are multiple ways to create/generate tenant invoice from Mi Property Portal. Creating a rental invoice from the "Tenant Management" section is one among them

Access the Admin Portal by logging in.

Click on "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "**Administration**" on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**" under "Tenant Management" dropdown on the left navigation

Search for the tenant by entering their details in the "**Search**" field on the "Tenant/List" page.

Navigate to the "Tenant Details" page by clicking on the **tenant's name.**

After accessing the "Tenant Details" page, proceed by clicking on the "**Invoice**" dropdown

Click on "**New Tenant Invoice"**

The required fields under "**Property, Unit & Tenant**" will be automatically filled by the system when you create a tenant invoice from tenant management

Fill in the required fields properly under "**Title & Summary**". To mark the invoice as **NSF**, tick the box

You can select the **Invoice Date & Payment Due date** by clicking on the **calendar** icon

Click "**Add another item**" to create another line item

Click on "**slider**" and set the **Reimbursable (%)** if any

**Tick on the box** "Consider this invoice for management fee calculation" if it **applies**

Please select the "**Enter a footer for this invoice**" field and **input** a footer.

Upload any documents or attachments from your device by clicking on the "**folder**" icon.

Please click on **"Save & Approve.**"
