To create our flow, first we'll navigate to flows from the dashboard: Select the "Reporting" Dropdown

Analyze how messages move through conversations

Select the Area of the Conversation, You Want to Visualize

As we're seeing the start of user conversations let's select: "First Message In Session"

To specify the number of steps we want to see after, select the Ellipses

Add the number of steps you want to visualize. Here we'll add 5 steps after.

To specify Incoming messages only from the user we'll add a filter

Now we can see the first 5 steps of our user journey. To filter a step to have specific intents, select the pyramid at the top of each step.

Check boxes for each intents you want to see, and then once you exit the modal you're flow will reflect those changes.
