Click the "**View name** "field and enter a name for the view. With this view we are going to show all documents that have been tagged with the metadata **Templates**

Click **Create** and your View will now be created.

From the view dropdown, **Select** the view you just created which is "**Templates**" from the views drop-down

**Deselect** any columns you don't want in your view.

**Select** any columns you do want in your view. Here we are adding the "**Version:**" column

We are now going to use the **filter** option to only show items that are **templates**.

Click the "**Show items only when the following is true**" field.

Select "**Show the items when"** column drop-down and select "**Document Type"** as this library has all documents categorised via a column called **Document Type**.

**Select the text field** and enter the word **Templates**

Click the "**Show all items without folders"** field to *display items without folders*

You are now in your new view displaying **Templates** only.
