How to Create a Work Order on MiPropertyPortal?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on **"Service Request"**

Click on **"More Action" dropdown** on the far top right

Click on **"New Work Order"**

Click on both the **dropdowns** on **Property and Service Request** to select the **property and service request**

Click on "**Submit**"

Put a **Headers** for the Work Order with **Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address**

Click on "**Select a vendor \***".

Alert- Once the Vendor is selected the fields such as Company Name, Address, Phone, Email that has already been saved on the vendor profile, will be filled in the empty fields by default

Tick the appropriate boxes

The "TENANT INFORMATION" will already appear if a **pre-created service request is chosen**. **If not,** fill in the empty fields

Select/Fill in the required fields under "**PERMISSION TO ENTER UNIT**"
