Log into to [INGRESS](https://ingress4.view.usg.edu/admin_campus/)

Click "Settings"

Click "Manage Programs"

Click "Add Program"

Add an abbreviated Program Code (5 character limit)

Add the Program name. This should be the long text description.

Update the "Start INGRESS Term" and "End INGRESS Term" fields and click Proceed.

Click "Close"
Assigning Courses to Programs

Click "Manage Course Sections & Programs"

Click on the program you would like to assign courses to.

Click "UWG"

Select 1 or more parts of term. To select multiple at once, hold down your left mouse button and drag over the parts of term you are selecting.

Select 1 or more subjects

Click "Search"

Locate the appropriate course and update the "Start INGRESS Term".

Click the "Select" field.
