Navigate to [https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard](https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard)

 Click "New User" button to add a person. 

If you would like the user to have Admin status, click the box in the user Type and select admin. All functionalities are available with this status. 

If you would like the new user to only have select access, click "Standard".

You can limit the accounts they can view but selecting or deselecting accounts. 

If you would like them to have access to the Virtual Terminal and processing transactions. Click "Virtual Terminal",

Scroll down the the Reporting Area and select the options you'd like the user to have access to.

Grant user access to the funding report page.

Click "Statements

Grant user access to Support Tickets". This is important if they need support to create and receive support tickets.
