How to Create and Download Custom Memorized Report

This guide shows how to create, customize, and download memorized reports so you can save reusable report configurations for one or multiple company entities. It walks through naming the report, adding individual reports and settings (including PDF page options), saving the memorized set, and running/downloading the final output. Use it to streamline repeated reporting and produce consistent PDF exports quickly.

How to Navigate to Memorized Reports

From the navigation menu, select **Reports**.

How to Create Custom Memorized Reports

Select **Add New Memorized Report**.

Select the **Name** field > Enter a **report name**.

Select the **Company Entity** field > Select the **company entity** from the dropdown menu. **NOTE:** You can choose multiple company entities or all company entities.

Select **Create**.

Select **Add Report**.

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown menu > Select the **report**.

Select the required **report settings**.

If you plan to export the report as a PDF, **select PDF Page Settings** > Select the **preferred PDF settings.**

Once all required settings are selected, select **Save**.

Follow the same steps to add all the required reports.

Once all reports are added, select **Save**.

Select **Run**.
