Once you have entered your pass and it meets all requirement Click "Next"

You will receive an email from HouseKeys Team (noreply@myhousekeys.com) with the verification code."

After you enter the verification code. Click "Next"

Under your "Your Address" begin type your address and once you see from the drop click on it. Then click next after filling in all spaces.

Enter your Date of Birth and Select your marital status from the dropdown and select from an item from the list. Once Complete, click "Next".

Select your Gender, Race, and Ethnicity using the drop downs. Then click "Next".

Click "Total household members" and add the total members of your household.

Click the "Your total household income" field. Included income for everyone in your household who is over the age of 18. Once complete click "Next"

Fill in the information below. Use the + and - to add bedrooms. Once complete click "Next."

To add a household member, click "Add member"

Add their first and last name and their date of birth. Once complete click "Next."

Fill in the relevant information on the household member. Once complete click "Next."

Indicate if their income is included in your total household income. Once complete click "Submit."\

Complete these steps for ALL household members!

To add an income source to your account, click "Add Income."

Select the household member you are adding income for.

Indicate the type of income they receive. Once complete click "Next."

Input the information about their employer, time working, and salary. PLEASE BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. You must add income for ALL members of the household 18 and older. Once complete click "Submit."
