From the Visme editor of your project, access the **Graphics Tab** on the left side of your screen.

Then, select **3D Characters** from the 3D & Visual Assets section.

After editing the selected character, navigate to the **Poses** tab within the **Edit Character** section.

From there, you can choose the pose of your character. There are two different categories: **General Expression and Professional Expression.** Click on the desired pose for your character to apply it.

Once the pose is applied, from the **Edit Character** tab at the top, you can easily switch the Character’s animation to be ON or OFF and manage Repetition and the Speed of the character.
