Attention: Sometimes you will get this error. An additional step is required to delete the user. 

Delete only the contacts who are not associated with any recurring invoice.

You have to go through all the subscriptions to see which the user is tied to. Typically best to start with most recent to older.

Click this checkbox next to the user to be deleted. 

Click "Midwest Food Bank - East Africa Division" to go back to the subscriptions main screen. 

Click on next subscription and repeat until the user is not associated with any subscriptions. It does not matter if they are expired or cancelled.

Switch to tab "FW: Invoice from iDonate Inc. (Invoice#: INV-023479)"

Inform requestor the task has been completed. 

Find the contact person to be deleted. Click this icon.
