 Scenario- What if I'm not operational for the months that a management fee was generated? How can I delete the management fees so that it doesn't show in the accounts and do not look like a negative balance in YTD?

Go to the "Accounting" dropdown under "Accounting & Reports"

Click on "Search Management Fee Income" on top right side of the screen

Click on the dropdown under "Property" to choose a property

Choose the month range under "Period' field dropdown

Click on "Delete and Recreate" to finish up

 Deleting the invoice/payout will delete all the manual payments logged for the "Owner payout" (if any). If you recorded any online payment (EFT) for this payout, you should not delete the payout.
