How to Download Comments

Parentpulse

To download comments, first navigate to the **Comments** page.

Next, **select the specific survey** you’d like to download comments from. Use the dropdown menu to find and select a specific survey within a module.

If you don’t have a specific survey in mind, you can filter comments by timeframe instead. Use the **Period dropdown** to select a preset timeframe or create a custom date range.

Finally, decide if you'd like to apply any **filters** to your comments before downloading. Click the filters menu to apply different filters. Click "Cancel Apply"

Next, to download your survey comments, locate the download icon in the upper right corner of your screen. You can find this underneath your name and next to the AI Summary button. **Click download**.

Next, decide if you want to show respondent names (for anyone who shared their name) or, if you'd like to hide all respondent names. Once you make your selection, click **Create**.

Depending on the number of comments you’re downloading, it may take a few seconds for your PDF to generate. While your PDF is being prepared, you’ll see a loading circle on the download icon. Once the PDF is ready, your download will begin automatically.

After you've downloaded the PDF of your comments, here's an example of what it will look like with **non-anonymous names** displayed:
