Use filters to select the specific data needed, then click on 'Download'.

Select the file format, either 'CSV' or 'PDF', and then click on 'Download'.

When a user clicks 'Download' and selects a report, it is queued on the 'Schedules History' page.  A pop-up message then appears, as shown below.  Clicking on 'Schedule History' within the pop-up message will direct you to the 'Schedules History' page.

Then click on the 'VIEW CSV' box to download the report.

You can also download the report directly from the grid as an alternative option.

To download, click the download icon located in the top right corner of each grid.
