Click anywhere on the corresponding row of that group. which you would like to edit/delete.

You can edit/change any field on the Subgroup details page and click Save to save the changes.

Alternatively, click on the global search icon enter the name and click on the group, which will direct you to the subgroup details page. Follow the steps 5 to 7 to create or delete group.
