Here, you'll see the custom field labeled "Approval Status," which is currently set to pending. We'll complete the WO first, then edit this custom field.

Now, let’s assume the WO has been completed. In this step, we’ll edit the custom field for the WO that is already marked as completed. Click "Edit" on the WO page.

You can change the custom field "Approval Status" from "Pending" to "Done" and click "Submit".

The edited custom field is now visible on the WO page.
