Navigate to [https://be.safe365.co.nz/](https://be.safe365.co.nz/)

Hover over "Dashboard". Click "Performance Dashboard"

Find the checklist you would like to edit. To edit the checklist click "Action" in line with the selected checklist.

Tip! Now you can make any changes you need. 

Add Questions, Edit Questions, Change Question Responses.

Once you've added the Question and put in all relevant information including the response type, click the "tick" icon.

To Edit a Question that is already available within the checklist. Click the pen icon and make relevant changes. When completed for the chosen question, click the "tick" icon (same as above). 

Once you've made all your changes, Click "Save Changes"

Tip! This is now saved and will automatically update on the app.
