The borrower's current address MUST be completed in it's entirety and CANNOT include accents or apostrophes over any of the characters. To update the borrower's current address, navigate to the Loan Application tab.

Notice the accent mark on the below over "Jose'".  This will cause an error when pulling or reissuing credit.

To remove the accent, click "Edit" in the top right hand corner of the "Addresses" section.

Click "Save" in the top right hand corner of the Address section. If there are multiple borrowers with the same "current address" be sure you update their addresses before attempting to pull or reissue credit.
