There are two different versions of your menu. The one that is on the desktop version of the site, with dropdowns that have multiple columns, and the mobile menu, which is on all the narrower screens. They are located in two different places.

Hover over Templates and click "Saved Templates"

All the different dropdowns are located here-they have been prefaced with "Menu--" so they are easier to identify.\

Menu--Support dropdown

Find the dropdown you need to edit. Click Edit or the dropdown name.

Click the area that needs an edit to load it in the Elementor panel.

Find the part of the menu that needs an edit.

If it's an existing item, click the Item to open it, and make changes to either the Text or the Link area.

When adding a new link/page to the menu, please Duplicate an existing item instead of using the "Add Item" button. Duplication carries all the styling done forward, while Add Item reverts back to the default styling.

Click the "Text" field and change the text to the new page title.

Click the "Link" field and either search or paste in the URL of the new page.

Click into the other columns if they also need additional pages added.

Continue moving through the columns to make changes.

Click on the area that needs to be edited to open that in the Elementor panel.

Once all your edits have been made, click "Update"

Click to open the different menu items, if they need edting.

Add new menu items by finding the new item in the Add menu items column.

Click the "Add to Menu" button when you find what needs to be added.

New menu items are add to the bottom of the list, so you will need to click and drag the new menu item to the correct position.
