How to Enable Comments for Survey Questions

Next to the survey question you'd like to enable comments, locate **three dot menu icon** and click them. This applies to both benchmark and custom questions.

Then, select **Comments** from the list of options.

Once you've selected comments, a **speech bubble icon** will appear next to the question. This indicates that respondents will be provided the opportunity to add a comment. See below for an example.

Respondents can now click **Add Comment** when they answer this question on their survey!
Additional feedback from these comments will be visible on the **Comments page**! You can easily reply to or forward comments, just as you would with other feedback.
