How to Enable Missed Call Notifications

Navigate to [https://chatbot.meera.ai/home](https://chatbot.meera.ai/home)

Click "Campaigns"

Select the campaign you want to set up notifications for

Click "Transfer settings"

Scroll down to "No Rep Response Notification" section and click on "Add New"

Enter the user’s email address.
*If you only want to set up email notifications, skip to Step 9. If you also want to enable text notifications, continue to the next step.*

To set up text notifications, turn on *Mobile Notifications*

Enter the user’s mobile number (including the country code)

Click Update to save the changes
