Navigate to Workflows > Workflow Gallery

In the Workflow gallery Navigate to RTO Refunds. Based on the event select the respective status you want to refund to the customer. \ \ Please note all the automations have a delay of 24hrs before initiating a refund

Click on preview on the workflow you want to use.

Click "Use Template" on the desired template

Make the workflow active from the top right side and save it to enable RTO refunds live for your customers.
