How to Enable Rental Tax Flag for a Commercial or Mixed-Used Property?

Click on the "**Property Management**" dropdown under "**Administration**" on the left navigation

Click on "**Properties**"

Click on "**Other Action**" dropdown on the top far right

Click on "**ENABLE RENTAL TAX**"

On the "Property/Enable Rental Tax For Property" page, **Locate the Property** for which you want to enable the rental tax

First, **tick** the box on the left side of the Commercial Property

Choose the tax based on the Province, the Property is located at by clicking on the Tax selection dropdown

Tick the "**Enable for all units"** box on the right side **if you want to** enable HST/GST calculation for all units. **Otherwise**, keep it '**Unchecked**'

Click on "**Submit**"

Once done, you can go to the **units list** of this property to enable **rental tax flag** for one or more units.
