How to Enable Survey Incentives

To enable survey incentives, navigate to your **Survey Builder** and select the survey you'd like to incentivize.

Next, select the dropdown for **Step 2** - **Survey Incentive**.

Using the **dropdown menu** below, select what type of incentive you'd like to use. Go to the next step to learn more about **Participation Rewards** and **Prize Drawings**.

A **Prize Drawing** is randomized and is awarded to one or more respondents. Respondents will select to opt-in or out of prize drawing at the start of the survey. 1. Decide what kind of Prize Drawing you'd like to offer, then **enter the description** into the text box. 2. Next, indicate **how many** respondents will receive the prize such as 1 or 2. 3. Finally, click **Save** when finished. 4. When your survey is completed, return to this section to identify the random recipients of the prize drawing.

Here's a look at what respondents will see if you choose to include **Prize Drawing** in your survey. Notice that respondents will need to select Yes or No to opt in before beginning the survey.

A **Participation Reward** is awarded to ***every respondent*** who completes the survey.\ Respondents will select to opt-in or out of prize drawing at the start of the survey. 1. Decide what kind of participation reward you'd like to offer, then **enter the description** into the text box. 2. Finally, click **Save** when finished. 3. When your survey is completed, return to this section to download a list of respondents who opted in for the reward.
